We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, ingredient information, pricing, and product information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, packaging, ingredients, product specifications, or product appearance may occasionally vary.

Customers should always check packaging and ingredient information upon receipt before consumption

 

Ordering

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

• the information provided is accurate and complete

• you are authorised to use the payment method supplied

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion

 

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£).

Bare Baked Ltd is currently not VAT registered, therefore VAT is not charged.

Prices may change without notice.

Delivery charges will be shown separately at checkout where applicable.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

Payments are processed securely via approved third-party payment providers.

We do not store full payment card details.

 

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotional offers, discount codes, and special promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined and may exclude subscriptions, delivery charges, or already discounted products.

 

Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We use Royal Mail and approved courier partners for delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery passes to the courier.

We are not liable for delays caused by delivery providers, weather conditions, industrial action, technical failures, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible at: hello@nakeybakeyco.com

Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, cancellations or amendments may not be possible.

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on perishable goods unless the product is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

• your order number

• a description of the issue

• photographs where applicable

Where a refund or replacement is approved, this will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method.

Refunds or replacements are offered at our discretion following review of the issue.

We do not offer refunds for:

• change of mind

• products not stored correctly after delivery

• delays caused by external delivery providers outside our control

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

 

Subscription Products

Where subscription products are offered, customers agree to recurring charges at the selected subscription interval until cancelled.

Subscriptions must be cancelled before the next billing date to prevent further charges.

Orders already processed as part of a subscription cannot be cancelled retrospectively.

Subscriptions may be managed through your customer account or by contacting us directly.

 

Allergen & Product Information

At Nakey Bakey, food safety and allergen management are taken extremely seriously.

Our products are produced under strict food safety controls, including SALSA-accredited procedures.

While we maintain robust allergen management systems and strict production controls, customers with severe allergies, intolerances, or specific dietary concerns should contact us before purchasing if clarification is required.

Customers should always review packaging and ingredient information upon receipt before consumption.

All website content, branding, product names, logos, photography, graphics, text, and designs remain the property of Bare Baked Ltd unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
