Nakey Bakey is a multi-award-winning Scottish company based in Glenrothes, Fife.
We operate our own dedicated allergen-free production unit, where we create tasty, healthy products that are completely free from the top 14 allergens – including gluten, nuts, dairy, soy, egg, and palm oil.
Our granola has no added sugar and is a naturally delicious snack or meal option, packed with goodness and flavour – perfect for anyone with allergies or simply looking for a healthier choice.
Founded by Megan, who lives with endometriosis and a nut allergy, Nakey Bakey was born from a personal mission: to create healthy, allergen-free food that doesn’t compromise on taste or nutrition – and to support others navigating life with allergies. We’re always expanding our range with exciting new flavours and innovative products to keep things fresh, inclusive, and full of flavour.

Welcome to Nakey Bakey – proudly made in Fife, Scotland!
I’m Megan, the founder, granola-obsessed, and on a mission to make healthy eating feel good again.
It all started in my home kitchen in Fife, born from my own struggles living with endometriosis and a nut allergy. I was tired of scanning labels and never finding anything that felt truly safe and delicious. So, I made my own.
Nakey Bakey products are totally free from the top 14 allergens (yep – no gluten, dairy, nuts, or soy), low in sugar, and packed with natural ingredients that actually taste amazing.
Our granola isn’t just a breakfast thing – snack on it with yogurt and fruit, pour it with milk, bake with it, or even warm it up as porridge. However you eat it, it’s made to nourish without compromise.
Since then, I’ve launched our protein bars (a serious game-changer), and there’s even more to come. Everything we do is about making healthy, allergen-free food that’s full of flavour and made with care.
